The International Institute for Craniosacral Balancing® ICSB has been
established since 1986.
Today it is dedicated to the
teachings of Craniosacral Biodynamics and
related approaches, which bring more understanding to inner processes and support expansion of consciousness.
Originally, Bhadrena C. Tschumi Gemin was offering introduction courses for the
Upledger Institute. She was already trained as an educator and it seemed only natural to pass her love for
therapeutic work to other interested people as well.
In 1986 the develoment of a comprehensive teaching program resulted in establishing ICSB.
She started to create an extensive curriculum for the Foundation Trainings and brought the
work to different countries. Through her commitment to provide excellent teachings in craniosacral work, the International
Institute for Craniosacral Balancing® has grown organically.
Her connection to the International Academy for Healing Arts in Pune, India, has further expanded her teaching activities.
Today Foundation Trainings of ICSB are offered in Europe, India, Australia, North America and Japan.
ICSB is providing a network for therapists, tutors and teachers, which are devoted to the art of the craniosacral method.
As the work continues to expand, new research and studies are integrated.
It is the vision of ICSB to make this work available to as many people
as possible, so that they can come in contact with and express their potential.
